We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ranker Digital purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Software licenses and digital products are non-refundable once activated.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us with photos of the damage.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
